Delight Training offers a range of courses based around teaching and enhancing group work skills for a large range of organisations. Introductory Level A two day introduction to group work skills. This course offers a theoretical background to working with groups, particularly focused on group development, an opportunity to examine individual skills and relate these to ongoing group work.

Practise Level   A two day event ( with 1 day follow up) which aims to allow participants to share and learn from their current experience, gather a wider of view trends in group work., participate in a specific group development exercise aimed at practice enhancement, and action plan for ongoing implementation of their learning.

Advanced Level   A 3 day event (with optional 1 day follow up) aimed at developing practitioner skills a combination of input and opportunities to explore current practice and consider development areas using a problem solving framework. These courses also examine how to deal with resistance from group members and seek to develop staff at the “Mindful” level of operation.
