We provide a range of commonly
requested events particularly within the Criminal Justice and Forensic
Mental Health sectors. Increasingly Training Managers are being
asked to put on events which directly enhance staff skills in working
with problematic behaviours in their client group. This capacity
building aims to:
• Introduce new approaches
• Enhance existing skills
• Offer different ways of working
• Provide coaching through practice
• Give feedback to enhance learning
• Improve interactive skills
Overall our aim is to offer a theoretical base for particular methods
of work, allow time to practice and ensure the applicability of
the skills in the workplace.
