Facilitated Leadership Workshops
These sessions are fresh, focussed, and highly business relevant. They help leaders deal with current key issues in constructive, creative, and motivational ways. If you have leaders with an issue to resolve, with a need to review and reassess their role, or who need to learn to function more effectively as a leadership team then this could be the approach for you.
All workshops of this sort have been tailored to suit individual groups and have therefore varied considerably in terms of objectives although recent examples include:
- Directorate level teams who had identified a need to enhance their role as a leadership team and to develop their ability to collectively lead their organisation
- Managers drawn from across an organisation to review and enhance their role as leaders and to help them to collectively ‘raise their leadership game’
- Senior management teams conducting a review of organisational goals and strategy
- Leaders dealing with a specific organisational change and with a need to reflect on the issues, to develop a shared strategy, and to agree specific shared actions to help drive that change forward
Format
In terms of format these session can be anything from a quick hitting half day session based in a company training room to multi day residential retreats based at a quiet hotel away from everyday work distractions.
Our Role
Our role is to design & structure the session, to facilitate the process, and to help the leaders we work with to deal constructively with key, and sometimes controversial, issues. Our independent position frees up all members of a leadership team to be fully involved, allows us to pose potentially contentious questions that might otherwise be more difficult to address, and to help participants consider current issues from new perspectives.
