Team Consultancy

We understand that the development and honing of a team is, by its nature, an on-going process. Most teams are subject to a more or less continuous process of change and looking after their development is not a one-off need but an area for regular review and attention throughout the life of the team. This is why we work with many teams over a period of years as we support their longer term development.

We offer our clients a full team consultancy service to help inform each team’s development including:

  • Assessment of a team’s strengths and development needs
  • Recommendations and guidelines for a full range of actions to support a team’s development (from restructuring to team socials)
  • Structured team events & teambuilding sessions
  • 1:1 coaching sessions to assist individual team members with performance issues
  • Selection and recruitment of individuals to fill key roles (working with key business partners)
  • Engaging in an on-going review process with those responsible for a team on a day to day basis be they the CEO, Director, or Team Leader
